Shipping Policy

We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders to our customers within the UK mainland. Our aim is to ensure your order arrives at your doorstep within 14 working days from when you receive your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will be kept informed with a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware, in instances of an unusually high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances affecting postal services beyond our control, there might be delays. Rest assured, we will notify you promptly if your delivery schedule is affected.

Surcharge for Specific Regions

​

While we offer free delivery across the UK mainland, orders destined for certain areas outside the UK mainland are subject to an £8 surcharge. This additional fee covers extra costs incurred due to the geographical location of the following areas:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is en route, we will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress. Tracking details will typically be available 48 hours after dispatch. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@ukhairsystems.co.uk with your name and order number for assistance.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

​

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses within the UK. We recommend providing a permanent residential or workplace address for delivery. If choosing delivery to your workplace, please ensure someone is available to receive the order and consider adding the company name to aid our delivery partner.

Refund and Exchange Policy

At UK Hair Systems, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our offerings, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is requested. Please see below for our policy regarding returns and exchanges, including stipulations for custom-made pieces.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The products were purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The products remain in their original packaging.

  • The products are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them.

Exceptions

​

Certain products are ineligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom pieces). However, if a custom piece is damaged upon arrival or does not match the specified order, we will offer a suitable solution to rectify the issue.

  • Products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if they were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Process for Returning Goods

Should you need to return a product, you will be responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. Please send your return to:

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable postal service, as we cannot assume liability for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. A refund or exchange can only be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods and with an authorisation code.
