SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to have your order delivered to you within 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
If this timeline cannot be upheld due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, you will be notified immediately.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
The standard delivery rate of £10 is only inclusive of the UK mainland because of rates set by our nominated courier.
Prices for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland will incur a £8 surcharge outside of what is classed as the UK mainland postcodes, details of which are below:
Highlands and Islands Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in the UK.
We can deliver to your permanent home address or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please make sure someone is available to receive your order. It's also a good idea to add your company name to help the driver find your workplace easily.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods are unused and undamaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without an authorisation code which can be obtained:
