1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a salon or barber entity (“you”), and UK Hair Systems Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.ukhairsystems.co.uk website as well as any related media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SITE.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you own or manage a salon or barber shop and possess a valid hair qualification. You commit to providing truthful and complete information when requested and to comply with the local and national laws applicable to you.

4. TRADE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access our trade prices and services, salons and barbers must complete a trade account application, demonstrating their qualifications and business operations in the hair industry. Accounts are opened within 1 business working day upon verification of provided details.

5. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Our custom hair pieces are tailored to each client's specifications and are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or if the product does not match the specified order. We accept template moulds for base sizing; however, the final dimensions and specifications provided by the salon or barber will be used for custom orders.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Purchases through our Site are subject to acceptance and review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. All payments are processed in GBP, and we accept various payment methods as specified on the Site.

 

7. SHIPPING GUIDELINES
We provide detailed shipping information for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

8. RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted under specific conditions detailed on our Site. Custom pieces are excluded from return unless faulty or not as specified in the order.
