If you need to speak to us prior to placing your order, in the first instance we invite you to look at our information page. This provides guidelines as well as product information to help you find the best hair system for you.

Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £10. Areas outside the UK mainland (details on our T&C page) have an £8 surcharge. We can't deliver to UK PO Boxes but can deliver to home or work addresses.

For order tracking, check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your order within 5 days of this email, contact us at support@ukhairsystems.co.uk with your name and order number.

International shipping is £20. Buyers are responsible for any custom charges.

We accept returns if:
• Purchased in the last 14 days
• In original packaging
• Unused and undamaged

 

Goods made to your specifications/personalised, or not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned.
